Attorney Lance Baker, founding attorney at The Baker Law Firm, is acting as co-counsel in a 148-page lawsuit suing the National Park Service for its negligence in failing to contain the Chimney Tops 2 wildfire inside the Great Smokey Mountains National Park in November 2016. The fires ultimately swept through Gatlinburg and Sevier County, Tennessee, killing
